Time to pick out our pumpkins. Hudson wanted to get a big one this year while he wanted Finley to have a small one. They had a gret time picking them out. I think Hudson ended up picking Finleys out also. Won't be long before that will go away :)

New Fish

Hudson got a fish today! He has been wanting a fish for awhile and we finally got him a betta fish. He was so excited. He actually named him Goldie thinking he was a goldfish at first. Hopefully he will take care of him everyday.

Reading Her Magazine

I found Finley lying on the floor reading a magazine. She was so proud of herself that she was talking to it. After I caught her she got up and wanted the camera. About 10 minutes later I found her again reading the magazine but this time in a push up position. She is a character!

Pushing Finley

Hudson loves to push Finley around in her car. He pretends that he is a race car driver and she laughs at his driving. After he was done today he decided to sit with her in the car. They have so much fun together.

First Day of School

Today Hudson had his first day of school in Peppers Yard. He had such an easy time transitioning back into school. He was so excited to see all his old friends. He was all over the slide, the swings and playing chase. He will have so much fun this year with all of his new teachers and new friends.

Bubbles

The kids love taking bubble baths. Finley thinks it is so funny to take the bubbles and spread them all over Hudson. She just giggles and luckly Hudson thinks it is funny. He now is starting to get her back. Bath time is such a fun time in our household.

Present Time

After we came home from her party and the kids took naps, they wanted tot open presetns. Hudson had fun opening them while Finley loved playing with them. Here are a few pictures.

Finley's Birthday Party

Today we had a little party for Finley. She had a great time playing at the park with all of her friends. Grandpa Matt was able to fly down and come which was very nice. Thank you to all of our friends who came to celebrate with Finley. She had a great time even with no nap!!!

It's Official....

We have a peanut!!! Finley went to her one year doctors appointment today and she weighs 16 lbs 6 oz. She is in the 3 percentile for weight. She is 28 1/2" long. She also got two shots and was not very happy. She gave the nurse a big glare. Here is a picture of us from the other night

Presents

After the bath Finley got to open her presents. They were both too excited that neither wanted to put on their pj's. We have lots of R rated pictures now :) Hudson wanted to open everything quickly while Finley was slowly trying to figure out what was going on still.

Cake Time

Finley finally got to have some cake. She loved it!!! She had it everywhere. I think she loved squishing it in her fingers. It was a fun time cleaning her high chair :)

Happy First Birthday Finley!!!

Wow. We can't believe that our little bindle of joy is 1. Time has gone by so quickly. Finley is such an easy, well mannered girl which makes life easy. She really has brought so much fun and laughter to our lives. We are blessed!!!
