Asleep

Last night Hudson fell asleep like this. We thought it cute that he was holding his bumper and had his hippo right next to him. I guess it was comfortable for him.

Feed this man!

Today we went and met our friends Tim and Sarah Scheidlers baby. His name is Maxwell and he was born on July 22nd. He was too cute. Needless to say Hudson didn't take great naps today, but he did have fun after he ate his cereal. Hope you enjoy!

6 Month Professionsl Photos

About a week ago we had our friend Adrea Scheidler shoot Hudson for his 6 month photos. Adrea and Sarah own Brightwaters Photography and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to shoot your families. Here are a few of our favortites.

Hanging out!

Today was a mellow day. Hudson decided that he wasn't so into taking naps today. I think the heat just got to him! He did decide to have fun playing with Archie on the floor though. Hudson now rolls over into Archie and giggles. He thinks it is a game and Archie loves the attention. I am glad that they love each other.

Waiting

Today Hudson decided to wait patiently for his rice cereal, even yawning. He was happy until he realized that it was just that rice stuff again. Thanks Grandpa Matt for my cool bib. I can only wear it around the house because I might get beat up if I wear it out since we are in Dodger town down here!

6 Months Old!!!

Today Hudson turned 6 months old. He is getting be such a little boy. This morning he would not let go of his little bear. He was falling over with it and still had it tight in his arms. Later he got his first taste of rice cereal. He wasn't too sure about it at first. His tongue just wanted to spit it right back out. He had fun with it though. Thanks Jeff and Tami for my cute Nike outfit.

Too Cute

Hudson fell asleep this morning on our bed. I thought these pictures were too cute. He must have been really tired.

Sunday

Today Hudson was a great boy. We ended up working in the back yard planting plants and Hudson had fun sitting in his activity center checking everything out. He was happy just being with us!

Swimming

Well today Hudson had his first experience in the pool. At first he was cautious and then when he realized it was just like his bath he got into it. He was splashing and kicking away. Him and his buddy Ethan were trying to see who could splash each other the most. We had a great time!

Big Boy

Hudson now likes to sit up by himself. He sits there for awhile and then usually falls to either side. He always has a big smile on his face when he falls. Soon enough he will be sitting on his own all the time.

Sunday Morning

If was quite funny this morning because Archie jumped on the bed and came and snuggled with Hudson in between Dave and I. At first Hudson didn't know what to do. Then he realizes his favorite furry friend was next to him and he started to grab him. They were too cute together!

Happy 4th of July!

Today we went out to the Riggs house for a bbq. Jeff, Tami and the girls were also there. We had a great time hanging out with everyone and the kids! Hudson was excited to see his little buddy Rylie. Also it was my best friend Maras birthday. Happy Birthday!!

Happy Time!!!

We were very excited that Dave had the day off today. Hudson was in a great mood and we had a fun day as a family! Here are a couple of cute photos.

Daily Photo

I thought this was a cute set of photos. Hudson decided to take a nap in our bed and not in his crib. He slept for awhile and then woke up happy. We love happy Hudson!!!

My Hippo

Well Hudson loves his hippo stuffed animal. He tries to get the whole animal in his mouth. We can't wait for his first set of teeth to come in so that he is not chewing on everything!
