Hotel Window

Dave had a conference in San Francisco so Hudson and I decided to join them to see family and friends. We had a great time. I thought this picture was too funny. I caught Hudson standing in the window like this because he was trying to run away from getting dressed. Thank god we were up on a high floor or the city would have gotten a nice peek!!!

Pal Archie

Hudson and Archie love to play together. They are best of friends. Archie will follow Hudson around the yard and play with him. When he isn't near him Hudson will ask Archie to "come here". Here are a few photos of playtime with Archie.

Hudson's birthday party

Today we had a bunch of friends and family over for Hudson's birthday party. The kids had a blast in the bounce house and running around the yard. It was great to see all the kids having fun and getting along. Hudson was excited to see everyone. He wasn't so sure on blowing out his candle but he loved the cake!!!

Story time with Grandpa Rob

Today Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Rob came down for Hudson's birthday party. He was so excited to see them. I caught Hudson with Grandpa Rob finding Goldbug in his favorite book. The book was also Dave's favorite when he was young. Like father like son!

Doctors Office and Hospital

Today Hudson had his 2 year check up. He was a very happy to see Dr. Schlundt. Hudson was 34 1/4" tall and weighs 28 lbs. He is 50% on both scales. He is getting to be a big boy. After we came home we played outside and had a great afternoon. Then came the evening. Hudson decided he wanted to fall and hit his chin. We ended up taking him to the ER to get 5 stitches. He was such a good boy and didn't cry when they put them in. When they were done he asked if we could go home now. I am so proud of him.

Happy Birthday Sweet Boy!!!

We can't believe our little boy turned two today. He is such an active, chatty little boy who is into everything. He loves his tools, cars and his trains. He is a true blessing to have in our lives!!! Today we decided to just stay home and hang out as a family. We got Hudson a ice cream cake which he loved. Lets just say the frosting was the best part. We had a great day.

Passed Out

Hudson fell so fast asleep on the car ride home today that I had to take a picture. He was sleeping with his mouth open. That is what happens when he wakes up early!!!

Baby Seat

Jeff and Tami had borrowed our baby seat for Alayna and they brought it back the other night. Hudson decided he wanted to make it his seat. He wanted to sit and eat his grilled cheese sandwich in it. He was having so much fun.

New Kobes

Hudson got a new pair of Kobes today. He was very excited that he had to wear them. He is going to take after his father in the shoe department!!! He had fun posing for the camera to show off his new shoes.
